How it works
- Pay for the valuation (€49 per stone).
- Send your request — either directly online via the valuation form (photos of the stone + certificate), or from the Gem Encyclopedia app (My collection → your stone → “Request a valuation”). In both cases, use the same e-mail address as the one used for your payment.
- Receive your valuation within a few working days: by e-mail (and kept in the app if you go through it) — indicative amount + expert commentary.
What you need to know
- Available only for stones that have a laboratory certificate.
- Photos and videos must be sharp; further images may be requested.
- The valuation is an indicative opinion given without physical examination of the stone: it reflects the market at the date of issue and may change over time. It is neither a legal appraisal, nor a certificate, nor an offer to buy.
