Refund policy

This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the French version shall prevail.

1. Right of withdrawal and refunds (consumers)

Consumer Clients have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (see Article 7 of the Terms of Sale). The refund is made no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal — the Seller may defer it until the product has been recovered or proof of dispatch provided — using the same payment method, and covers the price of the product as well as the initial standard delivery costs. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Client.

2. Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (case, packaging, certificate of authenticity). The Client is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product. Given the value of the stones, insured and tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

3. Excluded products

Products made to the Client's specifications or clearly personalised (bespoke settings and jewellery) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

4. Defective or non-conforming products

In the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the Client shall contact the Seller without delay. The legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects apply (see Article 8 of the Terms of Sale); return and refund costs are then borne by the Seller.
