Shipping policy
This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the French version shall prevail.
1. Delivery zones and methods
The Seller ships within France and internationally through secure, insured carriers suited to the value of the products. The delivery method is determined for each order.
2. Timeframes
Dispatch takes place after full payment of the price. Available products are generally delivered within 10 working days, and no later than 15 working days after payment, except in exceptional circumstances, in which case the Client is informed by email.
3. Costs and insurance
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. Transport insurance is included; for shipments of very high value, specific insurance arrangements may apply and are then communicated to the Client.
4. Receipt and anomalies
If the Client is absent at the time of delivery, they shall arrange a new delivery attempt with the carrier. If the parcel is damaged or has been opened, the Client must refuse it, inform the Seller immediately by email and lodge the customary reservations with the carrier.
5. Transfer of risk
For consumer Clients, risk passes upon physical taking of possession of the product; for business Clients, upon handover to the carrier (see Article 11 of the Terms of Sale).
6. Customs duties (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the Client and are the Client's responsibility.
